Shipping Policy (CJ Dropshipping)

Order Processing Time
We work with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill all orders. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–5 business days. Processing includes product handling, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Times
Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the warehouse your item ships from. Most of our products ship from the CJ China Warehouse, while some may ship from CJ’s global warehouses (U.S., EU, U.K., etc.) when available.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–18 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 7–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as high demand, customs delays, or international transit conditions.

Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking will become available 2–5 days after your order has been shipped, depending on the carrier used by CJ Dropshipping.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspection

  • Global logistics disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package has not moved for 30–45 days, please contact us and we will coordinate with CJ Dropshipping to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit or shows no movement for a prolonged period, we will work with CJ Dropshipping to offer a replacement or refund.
